Baikonur, Kasachstan, 15. November 1988

Das nagelneue russische Shuttle „Buran“ erstrahlte in vollem Glanz, senkrecht in den Zenit zeigend, parallel zur monströsen Trägerrakete „Energija“. Es waren keine 5 Minutenzum Start, da Entschied Moskau, 4 Kosmonauten mit auf den ersten Testflug des Raumgleiters zu schicken. Als aber 203 Minuten und 2 Erdumkreisungen später die Luke von „Buran“ geöffnet wurde, war kein Besatzungsmitglied mehr an Bord! Bis heute will man im Kreml nichts von den 4 verloren gegangenen Kosmonauten wissen. Man munkelt, dass sie im Orbit Kasatschok tanzen, auf dem Roten Planeten Wodka trinken, oder den Erdbewohnern mit „Russian Balalaika Speedfolk“ ordentlich einheizen.

The brand new russian shuttle „Buran“ shone in shiny glory, pointing towards the heights, parallel to he monstrous carrier rocket „Energija“. Just 5 minutes to liftoff, Moscow sent 4 cosmonauts aboard the orbiter. However, when the hatch was opened 203 minutes and 2 circumferences of the earth later, the shuttle was empty. To this day, the Kremlin denies the 4 cosmonauts ever existed. Rumor has it that they might be dancing the kazachoc in orbit, or that they’re swilling vodka on the Red Planet, or event that they might be heating up the inhabitants of earth wit an extra-terrestrial sensation: „Russian Balalaika Speedfolk“.
